Returning to the Turning Stone Resort Casino this year, the 37th Upstate Open hosted by The Upstate Foundation offers an elite golf experience at two of New York's most beautiful courses. You and your guests will enjoy amazing golf and premier hospitality while supporting pediatric and adult cancer care at the Upstate Cancer Center, and cancer research at Upstate Medical University.
